Licensed Electrical Teacher
OSHA Authorized Trainer
Professionalism. Punctuality. Commitment to Excellence.
My name is Phillip Gazard (Licensed Electrical Teacher NYC & NYS). I have been teaching Electrical Installation & Practice since 1988 to High School students. In 1989, I began teaching Electrical Installation to adults at Bronx Community College in the evenings and weekends, in English & Spanish, until 2003. Then, I taught classes in the evenings, four nights a week, for the IBEW Electricians Local Union # 3. Due to heavy demand, I started teaching an adult Electrical class in my High School at night.
I became an OSHA authorized trainer because I wanted to make sure my students going out into the world of work would not only have the best training to do the job but, would also be safe doing so.
